So I know that for the most part, parents of young children typically fall into bed tired every night, and that said bed is usually a bed minus a headboard, with last weeks laundry that hasn't made it to the dresser yet, piled in the corner. This is not what has to be people. The boudoir is a place for loving, a place "where the magic happens". So this is my tip for you. CLEAN IT UP! De clutter the dresser, put some fresh linens on the bed, light a candle for Gods sake. No one feels sexy when tuning out the massive pile of laundry on the floor.

This is what it should be, and yes my bedroom gets attention, its not the throw it all into room. It used to be though, and I have learned what a difference it makes to have a enjoyable oasis to disappear too.
So to reiterate; de clutter, fresh linen, candles, and a little lingerie never hurt either ;-)
